Verify a business

GET /v1/verify matches a trade name with a city and state, or an official identifier. A miss is HTTP 200 with match none. activeLicense is yes, no, or unknown. The sandbox rows are construction firms with an active fictional license.

The second call returns match none, confidence none, and activeLicense unknown. A copied proof badge is not a current certification.

Changes feed

GET /v1/changes?since= reads snapshot diffs after that date. since=week is the seven days before the request. kind is new, lapsed, or changed. The sandbox fixture includes one of each. OLD HARBOR PLUMBING LLC is a removed fixture name, not a current sandbox business.

Service category

Every record has serviceCategory, mapped from the license type. The closed list is accounting, legal, real-estate, insurance, engineering, architecture, healthcare, beauty, auto-repair, child-care, pest-control, funeral, financial-advisory, construction, food-service, lodging, and other. The sandbox firms are construction.
